The tombs of the Dragons stir. My eyes lift to see ancient dust dancing from high ledges.

These grand wings… how long has it been since I was a hero worthy of their name?

It feels like centuries have passed, yet all I've done is blink.

Look upon my works, as they are… Ruined. None would dare seek me out; tread my path.

Naught awaits them in this cruel world.

용의 무덤이 흔들리니, 정점에서 춤추는 고대의 재를 보기 위하여 내 눈을 들어올렸다.

이 거대한 날개들... 내가 그에 걸맞는 영웅으로 일어선지 얼마나 되었는가?

마치 몇 세기고 지난 것 같지만 내가 한 것은 눈을 깜빡인 것 뿐.

내 모든 일은... 이제 무너져 버렸고. 그 누구도 날 찾아낼 수 없을 것이며, 나의 길을 걸어간다.

이 잔혹한 세상에 그들을 기다리는 것은 아무것도 없으니.

Given time, these gelatinous creatures absorb each other and slowly grow in both size and strength.

There is little need to worry about this. Naturally, slimes are nearly mindless and amass only by chance.

Though it appears they are capable of absorbing knowledge, if only in rudimentary form.

시간이 주어지는 한, 이 젤라틴형 생물들은 서로를 흡수하고 크기와 힘을 천천히 성장시킨다.

이것들에 대해서 걱정할 필요는 없다. 본래 슬라임은 지성 없이 우연에 의해서만 성장하기 때문이다.

초보적인 형태로라도, 지식을 흡수하는 것 또한 가능하지만 말이지.

Once, it was a majestic sea serpent that threatened none but the microscopic creatures it consumed.

After Ilmeris was incinerated, it became familiar with the hunt. To survive, it quickly learned to seek greater prey.

Unfortunately for the scourge, it seems that it too was prey in the end. After all, there is always a bigger fish in the sea.

한때 이것은 주 섭취원이었던 미생물 외에는 누구에게도 위협이 되지 않았던 장엄한 뱀종이었다.

일메리스(Ilmeris, 아미디아스의 바다 왕국)가 소각된 후 사냥에 익숙해지며, 생존을 위해 더 큰 먹이를 찾는 법을 빠르게 배웠다.

불행히도 이 재해 또한 하나의 먹잇감이 되었군. 결국 더 큰 포식자는 있기 마련이니까.

In ages past, heroes made names for themselves facing such monsters.

Now they run rampant, spawning from vile influences left unchecked. They blend well with the horrific injustice of their forebears.

Slaying one merely paves the way for a dozen more. Surely this does not concern you, either.

과거에 영웅들은 이런 괴물들을 상대하며 이름을 날리고는 하였다.

이제 이들은 통제되지 못한 채 방치된 지독한 영향력으로 인해 번성하게 되었다. 조상들이 이룬 끔찍한 부정함에 어울리는 결말이지.

하나를 죽인다 해도 몇 마리가 더 몰려들겠지만. 당연히 이 또한 너와는 관련이 없다.

Fungus and a sea crab. One sought a host; the other, a new home.

These mushrooms possess a disturbing amount of tenacity. Nothing that lays down to die in their domain is left to rest.

It is this sort of ghastly, forceful exertion of control over the unwilling that led me down my path.

It's interesting how creatures can adapt given certain circumstances.

균류와 바다게, 하나에게는 숙주, 하나에게는 새로운 집이라.

이 버섯종의 끈기는 엄청나군. 그들의 영역에서 죽어간 것들조차 휴식을 취하게 놔두지 않았어.

날 이 길로 이끌었던, 원치 않은 것에 대한 끔찍하리만치 강력한 통제력과 동일할지도.

생물들이 특정한 상황에서 어떻게 적응할 수 있는지 흥미가 가는군.

The foul air, the morbid fauna, the disgusting terrain… Here lies my first mistake of my crusade.

The essence of a God does not simply vanish when the body dies. It must be properly disposed of or destroyed entirely.

Essence of a pious God could never fester into a mire as dreadful as this.

구역질 나는 공기, 병적인 생물들, 이 곳이 내 원정의 첫번째 실수가 뉘인 곳이다.

신의 본질은 육체가 죽으면 단순히 사라지는 게 아니다. 알맞게 폐기하거나 완전히 불살라야했어.

경건한 신의 본질은 이토록 소름끼치는 수렁에서 곪아갈 수는 없다는 거겠지.

To not properly dispose of the essence of a slain God is a fatal mistake. This wasteland stands as proof of such.

Having slain my first Gods, I turned a blind eye as corrupt essence gushed from their rent forms and burrowed into the bowels of Terraria.

The mere existence of this putrid place proves that the Gods of old were beyond redemption.

죽은 신의 본질을 제대로 처리하지 못한 건 치명적인 실수였다. 이 황무지가 그 증거로써 존재한다.

첫번째 신을 죽이고 나서, 그 일시적 형태에서 부패한 진액이 흘러나와 테라리아의 밑바닥으로 스며드는 것을 외면하고 말았다.

이 썩어버린 존재만으로도 옛 신들에게 구원은 없다는 것이 증명되지.

It is true that unspeakable abominations may now be commonplace, largely by my hand.

Though they have always been a product of the folly of the Gods, the same Gods would cull them in equal measure.

My decimation of the falsely divine left many old horrors unconstrained, with new ones birthed every year.

Now, they are your stepping stones.

말할 수 없는 공포들이 이젠 거의 나의 손에 일상이 되어버렸다는 것은 사실이다.

비록 이것들은 처음부터 신들의 어리석음에 대한 산물이었으나, 그 신들 또한 동등하게 이를 제거하려 할 것이다.

내가 잘못된 신성들을 소멸시킴에 따라 많은 오래된 공포들은 구애받지 않고 매일매일 새로운 공포들을 피웠지.

이제, 이것들 또한 너의 디딤돌이 되었구나.

Any powerful being will call forth fable and legend, of both its grandeur and terror. That monstrous worm was no exception.

That measly thing, devouring a planet? Ridiculous. However, ridicule spreads quickly with even an ounce of truth behind it.

One will not need to search long for examples. We are all surrounded by rampant superstition and assumption.

I myself have been subjected to a litany of baseless boasts and accusations in my time.

강력한 존재들은 항상 위대함과 공포를 보여주는 일화와 전설이 함께 따라오지. 이 괴물 벌레 또한 예외가 아니다.

행성을 집어삼킨다고? 참 웃기는구만. 허나 이런 거짓됨 또한 진실을 외면하고 빠르게 퍼지기 마련.

다른 예시를 들 필요조차 없다. 우리는 모두 만연한 미신과 추측에 둘려싸여 있지 않은가.

나 또한 내 시대에 근거 없는 자랑과 비난을 들었으니 말이지.

These creatures were unique, for they wielded the slain Gods' power as purely as possible, veins flowing with spilt ichor.

All that exists in the Crimson is truly the divine turned inside out; their gore now glistens with its perverse treachery, for all to bear witness.

The mire reeks of centuries of vile manipulation and callous domination of the hapless.

Judgment is long passed, and extinction is left waiting.

특이한 생명체로군. 전신에 흐르는 이코르를 통해 죽은 신의 힘을 가장 순수한 형태로 휘두르고 있다니.

크림슨에 존재하는 모든 것들은 진정으로 신성의 반전이라 할 수 있지. 이 살점들은 이제 모두가 볼 수 있게끔 뒤틀린 불안정함으로 빛나고 있다.

수렁에는 수세기 동안의 비열한 모략과 불행한 사람들에 대한 냉혹한 폭정의 냄새가 피어오른다.

이미 판결은 오래전에 내려졌고, 멸종은 코앞으로 다가왔지.

Some semblance of a God's mind may survive death, like the twitches of a crushed insect.

What little remains attempts to convene, to coalesce in worship, so that its power may yet be restored. How pitiful.

Fortunately for us, the futility of this effort is unmatched. The biomass obeys, but nothing is accomplished.

Far from all divine power flows from faith. A God is forged of its own strength; followers may choose to worship.

어떤 신의 정신의 겉모습은 죽음에서 살아나올지도 모른다. 찌그러진 곤충의 가시처럼 말이지.

남아있는 잔해들이 모이고, 숭배로 합치하여, 그 힘을 회복하기 위해 안간힘을 쓴다. 불쌍하군.

우리에게는 다행스럽게도, 그 노력마저 완전한 헛수고다. 생명체들이 복종하더라도, 아무것도 성취될 수 없다.

모든 신의 힘은 믿음에서 흐르니. 신이 자신의 힘으로 만들어지더라도, 숭배하는 것을 선택하는 것은 항상 신도들이기 때문이다.

While of tremendous size, these creatures are docile until aggravated. Their idyllic demeanor is a rarity nowadays, a thing of beauty.

In the past, entire villages would spring up around these grand hives, peacefully harvesting their share of the honey and protecting them from danger.

Though its death is understandable given the circumstances, I do feel pity for these majestic beings.

Fate was cruel to many of their kind.

엄청난 크기의 생명체지만, 악화되기 전까지는 유순한 존재였다. 이들의 목가적인 태도는 요즘 세상의 보기 드문 아름다움이지.

과거에는 마을 전체가 이 거대한 벌통 주변에 모여들어 평화적으로 꿀을 수확하고 위험으로부터 보호하고는 했다.

이들의 죽음은 상황을 고려할때 이해할 수는 있다만, 이 장엄한 존재들에게 연민이 느껴지는군.

운명은 많은 이들에게 잔인했으니까.

A sorry old man, cursed by an even older cult, caught trespassing on their ancient library.

They were once my friends. Their leader is infatuated with Dragons, and dreams of resurrecting one.

The very walls of that place are cursed further still. The magic has long since faded, and the soldiers rotted.

Do not expect to learn much from those tattered tomes. They were penned with misguided zeal.

고대 도서관에 무단침입한 것을 들켜 오래된 숭배자들에게 저주를 받게 된 노인이지.

그들은 한때 내 친우였다. 그들의 지도자는 드래곤에 푹 빠져 있었고, 드래곤의 부활을 꿈꿨다.

이 곳의 벽은 여전히 저주가 서려있다. 마법은 바스라진지 오래요 병사들은 썩어있지.

너덜너덜해진 고서에 많은 것을 배울 것은 기대하지 말도록. 잘못된 열정으로 뒤덮혀있으니.

An old clan once revered this thing as a paragon of the balance of nature. Now its purity is sullied by freshly absorbed muck and grime.

The gelatinous being neither knows nor cares for the last surviving clansman.

Such tragedy is all too common in worship.

Alas, the Slime God is wise enough to be cowardly, fleeing battles it cannot win when its servants are destroyed.

Perhaps fortune will favor you if you catch it unaware.

한 오래된 일족은 이것을 자연의 균형의 귀감으로 숭배했다. 이제 그 순수함은 새로 흡수된 재와 먼지로 인해 더렵혀졌지만.

어차피 이 젤라틴의 존재는 마지막 일족의 존재를 알지도, 아랑곳하지도 않는다.

숭배의 세계에서 이런 비극은 참 흔하기 마련이지.

알라스, 슬라임 갓은 자신의 종이 파괴되었을 때 이길 수 없는 싸움에서 도망칠 수 있을 만큼 현명했다.

어쩌면 너가 모르는 사이에 행운이 너를 향해 반겨줄지도.

-the underworld-

The hellish reputation the underworld gets is rather a modern thing.

The layers of ash choking the previously great cities are still warm.

The more domineering of Gods wished for me to champion their cause, and rule their society from here.

Yet, surrounded by magma as it were, Azafure simply burned when their wishes were not met.

Such is the unfortunate price of war, though I have no regrets fighting for my people.

지하세계가 얻은 지옥이라는 명성은 사실 오래되지 않았다.

이전의 위대한 도시들을 질식시킨 화산재의 층은 여전히 따뜻하군.

지배적이었던 신들은 내가 그들의 투사가 되어 이 곳에서 군림하길 바랬지.

하지만 그들의 소원이 이루어지지 않자, 아자퓨르(Azafure, 현재의 유황 개사층)는 마그마에 둘러싸여 불타오르고 말았다.

전쟁의 대가는 이리 불행하다. 비록 나는 내 국민을 위해 싸운 것을 후회하지 않지만 말이지.

To contain the essence of a slain God is no small thing. It is rather a towering, ghastly construct.

The Wall was lashed together with foul sinew and fouler magics, forming a rudimentary prison of flesh.

It served its purpose: halting the diffusion of undue divine influence.

Were it not for this alchemical breakthrough, the very world I fought for may have been lost in the carnage I wrought.

My methods have since evolved. I need not contain such essences, when they can be devoured.

May you channel my valor in combating the resulting outpour of energies.

죽은 신의 본질을 가두는 것은 사소한 일이 아니다. 오히려 우뚝 솟은 끔찍한 구조물이 되었지.

이 벽에 불결한 힘줄과 더욱 불결한 마법을 묶어 기본적인 살의 감옥이 형성되었다.

This malevolence is not the work of any God. Blood moons trace their origins to the dawn of history.

It is an occurrence equally sinister and banal. Everyone is acclimated to the shambling hordes of undead.

Organized societies are not threatened in the slightest. If anything, they welcome the opportunity to train green foot soldiers.

Those with fire in their veins may strike out on their own, to revel in the slaughter.

That is how I remember the sleepless nights from my younger days… Knee deep in corpses.

이 악의는 신들의 소행이 아니다. 블러드 문의 기원은 역사의 새벽으로 거슬러 올라가지.

불길한 만큼 진부한 사건이었고, 모든 사람들은 뒤죽박죽이던 언데드 무리에 익숙했다.

조직화된 사회에는 조금도 위협이 되지 않았으며, 오히려 군대를 훈련시킬 수 있는 기회에 환영했다.

피에 불이 붙을 만큼 호전적이던 자들은 학살을 즐기기 위해 스스로 목숨을 끊기도 했다.

내 어릴적에 시체 속에 몸을 숨기고 잠을 못 이루던 날에는 그랬었지.

Having fled after your battle, it seems the Slime God fashioned a new guardian from the unleashed essences.

Ensnared in the absorption process of its newfound power, it could not flee again.

Or, perhaps, it was overcome by arrogance or desperation.

A glorious hunt, a fine foe. Now you know you must chase them to the ends of Terraria.

너와의 전투 후 도망친 슬라임 갓이 풀려난 영혼으로 새로운 수호자를 만든 것 같군.

새로 발견한 힘의 흡수 과정에서 종속되버려, 이젠 도망칠 수 없을 것이다.

아니면 오만 또는 간절함에 의해 극복되었거나.

훌륭한 적과 영광스러운 사냥이라. 이제 이들을 테라리아 끝까지 쫓아야 한다는 걸 알겠지.

He yet lives…?! I thought him slain by Calamitas. It appears she imprisoned the Archmage to spare his life.

I assumed that frigid mass was an old construct of his, running amok without its master to shepherd it.

Permafrost was an old ally of mine, wielding the prestigious title of Archmage and great renown.

His wisdom guided my original conquests, or rather, made much of them possible at all.

As my crusade evolved and my ambitions grew, he expressed vehement disapproval.

Where once he saw justice, there was now tyranny. He departed, and the Witch not long after.

저이가 아직 살아있었다고...?! 칼라미타스가 살해한 줄 알았다만. 아마 목숨을 거두는 대신 감옥에 가둬둔 것이겠군.

난 저 차가운 무언가가 아크메이지의 고삐 풀린 오래된 구조물이라고만 생각했다.

퍼마프로스트는 내 오랜 전우였고, 아크메이지라는 저명한 명성을 지니고 있었다.

그의 지혜는 내 본래의 정복에 이정표를 제시했다. 어찌보면 거의 모든 걸 가능하게 만들었다고 해도 무방하지.

These unwieldy beasts of steel were the experiments of Draedon, my former colleague and prodigious engineer.

His intent was to fuel a war machine with soul energy, allowing it to fight with purpose and zeal.

The creations were a success; so much so, that the souls continued to express their own free will.

Draedon was displeased. But these were my soldiers, and their loyalty was forged anew in iron.

I dismissed them from duty, and yet here they are, scouring the land for evidence of the divine.

Unfortunately for you, that puts you in their crosshairs. Give them a battle worth dying in.

이 통제불가능한 강철의 짐승들은 나의 전 동료이자 경이로운 엔지니어 드레이돈의 산물이다.

그의 의도는 전쟁기계에 영혼의 에너지를 공급하여, 이들의 싸움에 목적과 열정을 더하는 것이었다.

Not all of warfare is open combat. Logistics and intelligence are paramount to decisive victory.

These machines are my finest scouts and agents, reborn in a form that gives them Sight unrivaled.

Archers or snipers, spies or assassins. An enemy is only as safe as you allow him to be.

Draedon understood well that the only fair fight is the one you win.

His assistance was infallible, and his calculus cold and cruel.

Not even the most evasive target stood a chance.

모든 전투가 대외적인 싸움은 아니다. 결정적인 승리를 위해서는 물류와 정보가 필수적이지.

이 기계들은 내 최고의 정찰병이자 요원으로, 그들에게 독보적인 시각을 제공하는 형태로 다시 태어났다.

궁수든 저격수든, 스파이든 암살자든, 이들이 허락하지 않은 한 안전은 없었다.

드레이돈은 공정한 전투란 이기는 전투라는 것을 알고 있었기에, 이들의 도움은 항상 성공적이었고, 계산은 차갑고 냉혹했다.

가장 미꾸라지같은 타겟에게도 기회는 존재하지 않았지.

The Godseeker Knights of my company were far and away my finest soldiers.

They championed my cause, and I championed them in return.

I bestowed upon them hulking armor and colossal weaponry, so their Might would never falter.

Some days, I would take time to train by their side, inspiring them to new heights of righteous fury.

Draedon understood well, and granted them these massive forms, bristling with weaponry and interlocked armor forged of blessed metal.

While in truth it was repurposed mining equipment, their sheer presence on the battlefield was immense.

내 군대의 신-탐색자 기사단은 나의 가장 훌륭한 병사들이었다.

그들은 나의 대의를 찬미했고, 그의 대가로 나 또한 그들을 찬미했다.

그들에게 거대한 갑옷과 무기를 주어 그들의 신념이 흔들리지 않도록 해주었지.

어떤 날엔 그들의 곁에서 한께 후련하며 새로운 정의의 분노를 가르치기도 했다.

So consumed by hatred were some souls, that they pledged they would do anything in my name.

Their devotion was unerring. Absolute. No atrocity was beyond them; their vengeance knew no bounds.

I organized them into shock troops, dreaded for their flamethrowers and incendiaries.

Leveling places of worship and torching those falsely devout, their expertise lay in unmaking faith with flame.

Draedon understood well. For them he crafted a visage so grim, it evoked oblivion itself.

어떤 영혼들은 너무나도 증오심에 사로잡힌 나머지, 나의 이름으로 무엇이든지 할 수 있다고 맹세했다.

그들의 헌신은 틀림 없고 절대적이었다. 그들을 넘허서는 잔악함은 없었으며 복수는 끝이 없었다.

나는 그들을 충격부대로 재조직했다. 그들의 화염방사기에서 나오는 불꽃을 두려워하지 않는 사람은 없었지.

This seaside has never been pleasant, though it has seen far better days.

Incessant fumes rising from the industry of Azafure inundate the water with caustic ions.

Yet still, the hardy life adapted. No doubt aided by Silva as she burrowed through to the underworld.

Long considered uninhabitable, its further deterioration led Draedon to designate it as a dumping ground.

Years of careless mass waste disposal has now left the coast's transformation irreversible.

이 해변은 결코 좋았던 적이 없었지만, 훨씬 나았던 때는 있었다.

아자퓨르의 산업계에서 피어오르는 끝없는 매연이 물속에 범람하며 녹아갔다.

그러나 여전히 거친 생명들은 적응했다. 당연히 지하세계로 떨어진 실바(silva, 최초의 드라이어드)의 도움이 있었겠지.

오랫동안 사람이 살 수 없다 여겨졌던 이 곳은 드레이돈에게 쓰레기 매립지로 지정되면서 더욱 악화되었다.

수년간의 부주의한 대량 폐기물들이 이제 해안의 변화를 비가역적으로 만들고 말았다.

-aquatic scourge-

Another once grand sea serpent, well-adapted to its harsh environs.

Unlike the other Scourge, which was half starved and chasing scraps for its next meal, it lived comfortably.

Microorganisms evolve rapidly, so it was able to maintain its filter feeding habits as the sea putrefied.

What a stark contrast to the rest of the ecosystem. Nearly every other creature in the Sulphur Sea is hostile.

A shame that its last bastion of tranquility has fallen.

거친 환경에 적응한 또다른 뱀종이다.

항시 굶주리며 다음 식사를 위해 부스러기를 쫓던 다른 스커지와는 다르게 편안한 삶을 누렸지.

미생물의 빠른 진화 덕분에 부패해가는 바다에서도 여과성 섭식을 할 수 있게 되었다.

다른 생태계와는 확연히 대조되는군. 황산 바다의 모든 생물은 적대적이니 말이지.

마지막 평화의 보루가 무너졌다는 것은 부끄러운 일이야.

Often called the First City, its tumultuous history stretches back to the Draconic Era.

An odd jewel of civilization, the immense heat of the underworld provided it unlimited potential in defense and industry.

Such was the renown of the forgemasters that when I swayed them to my cause, I was never lacking for arms.

It pains me to say even in hindsight, but their artisanry paved the downfall of the entire city.

For the Witch and I, the air here will forever be laden with regret. There is nothing to be done.

종종 최초의 도시라 불리는, 이 도시의 격렬한 역사는 용의 시대로 거슬러 올라간다.

문명의 특이한 보석이라 할 수 있는 지하세계의 엄청난 열기가 국방과 산업에 무한한 잠재력을 제공했지.

대장장이들의 명성 또한 그러했기에, 내가 대의로 그들을 동요시키니 무기가 부족해지는 일은 없어졌다.

나중에 생각해도 가슴 아픈 말이지만, 그들의 장인정신이 이 도시의 몰락을 불러일으키고 말았다.

마녀와 나에게 이곳의 공기는 영원히 후회로 가득찰 것이다. 더는 할 말이 없다.

A peculiar being. Until recently, she had laid dormant for ages, posing as the city's silent matron.

As its economy boomed, traces of brimstone found their way all across the known world.

It was never clear why her slumber ended. At first she stirred. The people were cautiously optimistic.

When she woke, it was horrific. Her inferno billowed through the streets. None were safe.

Fate had a sick sense of humor that day, for Calamitas was there to match her.

Perhaps the two were attuned somehow. They fought to a standstill, fire against fire.

왜 그녀의 잠이 깨어졌는지 아무도 모르지만. 처음에 그녀가 움직일 때, 사람들은 조심스러웠지만 한편으로는 낙관적이었지.

그녀가 완전히 깨어났을 때는 이미 끔찍한 광경이 기다리고 있었다. 불길이 거리를 휘젓고 다녔으니, 그 누구도 안전할 수 없었다.

운명의 유머 감각이란 참 지긋지긋한 것이야. 하필 그때 칼라미타스가 그녀와 만났으니.

아마도 그 둘은 어떻게든 길항했을 것이다. 불에는 불로, 단 한 발자국도 허용하지 않은채로 싸웠고.

둘다 승리하지 못했고, 그녀의 의도든 아니든, 도시는 그녀의 불길에 의해 파괴되고 말았다.

이제 너가 그것을 죽였으니, 더욱 무질서한 영적 에너지가 땅에 넘쳐 흐를 것이다.

마을의 무지는 그 자체로 수치스러웠다만 이건 더욱 심각하군.

It is located unsettlingly close to the shoreline. Somehow, even eons of tectonics could not seal or crush it.

The isolated Abyss is the debatably tranquil home of the naiad Anahita and some reclusive sea creatures.

Here, I disposed of the burgeoning remains of Silva, the Goddess of Life itself. Obviously, she of all Gods refused to truly die.

My wishes were that she would be forgotten, but her tenacity is remarkable.

Diffused, her influence inundated that pit of crushing pressure with flora and fauna aplenty.

Her great roots continue to thrash and tear at the impossibly dense stone, growing uncontrollably.

She will soon remake it in her image. I can think of no worse fate for this accursed, hadal domain.

바다 깊은 곳에는 보이지 않은 크레바스가 많이 있지만, 이 곳은 지질학적으로 독특하고 경이로운 곳이다.

해안선 가까운 곳에 불안하게 위치한 이 심해 구역은 수많은 건축물들조차 그것을 봉인하거나 분쇄할 수 없었다.

고립된 심해는 역시나 조용한 나이아드, 아나히타와 몇몇 은둔성 바다 생물들의 안식처가 되어줬지.

이곳에 나는 생명의 여신 실바의 성장하는 유해를 처리했다. 그 이름대로 그녀는 모든 신들 중에서 진정으로 죽음을 거부했다.

난 그녀가 그저 잊혀져 가기를 바랬다만, 그녀의 끈기는 놀라울 따름이다.

그녀의 영향력이 확산되어 생명이 풍부한 초고압의 구덩이를 침수시켰다.

걷잡을 수 없이 자라나는 그녀의 뿌리가 불가능할 정도로 단단한 바위를 계속해서 찢어내고 있다.

그녀는 머지 않아 그녀의 모습을 되찾겠지. 이 저주받은 초심해 구역에 이 이상의 비극은 없다고 생각 되는군.

Elementals pose a grave threat to all those around them. Other Elementals are no exception.

Anahita was driven from her home in the Abyss by Silva's encroaching greenery.

Accounts vary as to the majestic beast at her side. Some claim Anahita summoned the Leviathan herself.

Regardless of what you believe, they are inseparable even in death.

Such stalwart loyalty! It reminds me of Yharon.

비록 그녀는 세계 모든 바다의 지배권을 주장하지만, 사실 심해의 은둔자이기도 하다.

원소란 주변 모든 존재에게 심각한 위협이 되며, 누구도 예외가 되지 않으니까.

아나히타는 실바가 잠식하는 녹지에 의해 심해에 있던 집에서 쫓겨났다고 하지.

그녀의 옆에 존재하는 장엄한 짐승에 대한 설명은 다양하게 나뉜다. 어떤 사람들은 아나히타가 직접 리바이어던을 소환했다고 주장하고.

너가 무엇을 믿든 둘은 죽음 속에서도 뗄래야 뗄 수 없는 존재가 되었다.

대단한 충성심이야. 야론이 생각 나는군.

Ever pragmatic, Draedon dispatched this machine to locate and analyze the source of the Astral Infection.

While nominally for reconnaissance, the Aureus model is heavily armed and can scale any terrain.

It performed admirably, at least until it was assimilated into the Infection.

Sapient minds have enough willpower to resist the Infection's call indefinitely.

However, even the finest silicon is not beyond its reach. Draedon prefers his creations to serve, after all.

With this experiment concluded, he will certainly be examining you next. Watch yourself.

실용을 중요시하던 드레이돈은 아스트랄 감염의 근원을 찾고 분석하기 위해 이 기계를 파견했다.

명목상으로는 정찰용이다만, 모델 아우레우스는 중무장된채 모든 지형으로 확장될 수 있었다.

적어도 감염에 동화되기 전까지는 그 목적을 훌륭히 수행했다.

영장의 마음은 감염의 침식에 끝없이 저항할 수 있는 굳은 의지력을 가지고 있다.

그러나 아무리 좋은 인공물이라도 그 위치에 닿을 순 없었지. 결국 드레이돈은 창조물이 복종하기를 선호하니까.

이 실험이 끝나면 그자는 틀림없이 널 향할 것이다. 조심하도록.

The Lihzahrds were abandoned by their deity long ago. They set upon creating the idol as a replacement.

The result is an amalgamation of the concepts and themes of many Gods, most prominently the heat of the sun.

It is a far cry from a mechanical god… for the better. The alternative is too chilling to consider.

While I believe it barely deserves mention, the Lihzahrds revere it unflinchingly.

I see no need to intervene in affairs beneath me and my people.

리히자드 종족은 오래 전 그들의 신에게 버려졌고, 그것을 대체할 우상을 만들기 시작했다.

In my later days I was far from virtuous. But I would not shackle a creature to fight in my name.

That would make me no better than the divine scoundrels I pursued.

고뇌의 삶을 짊어질 수 밖에 없었던 순진한 여왕이요, 자연에게 저지른 범죄나 다름없는 것이다.

드레이돈은 나와의 상의도 없이 이미 잘 조직되었던 우림의 벌들을 무기화하려고 했다.

그가 완성된 프로젝트를 공개했을 때, 나는 격노했다. 벌들을 노예로 삼는다니 비열한 짓이 아닌가.

드레이돈은 내 분노를 신경쓰지 않았고, 더 일이 커지기 전에 다시금 자리로 되돌아갔다.

그자가 내게 본모습을 보여준 이상, 그때부터 난 드레이돈에게 요청하기를 그만두었다.

말년의 나는 덕망과는 거리가 멀었지만, 내 이름으로 싸우게 하는 족쇄를 채우게 하진 않았다.

In broad daylight, she can channel the Primordial Light itself, making her nigh untouchable.

Thankfully, left with only starlight to wield, she falls like any other graceless despot.

Her penchant for leeching the strength of other great beings is uniquely deplorable.

It made her sickeningly obedient. Dependent, but willingly so, as they enabled her to slake her base thirst.

I had deigned to slay her myself for her treachery, but she was a notoriously evasive mark.

꽤나 고상한 이명을 가지고 있다만, 그녀는 자연의 섭리와 그 너머의 힘을 위한 특사라고 할 수 있다.

해가 하늘에 떠있는 한 원시적인 빛 자체를 통과시키고, 그녀를 거의 무적으로 만든다.

다행히도 지금은 별빛만을 휘두를 수 있게 되었고, 다른 우아하지 못한 군주들처럼 쓰러졌지.

다른 위대한 존재들의 힘을 앗아가려는 그녀의 성향은 독특하면서도 개탄스럽다.

이 성향이 그녀를 극적으로 순종적으로 만들었다. 의존적이지만, 자의적으로 함으로써 그녀의 기본적인 갈증을 해소할 수 있었기 때문이다.

그녀의 배신에 대해서 내 직접 죽이려고 했지만, 짜증날 정도로 잘 빠져나가는 탓에 놓치고 말았다.

Outlandish as they may seem, this species is the single mightiest of the seas.

They are relentless hunters and can easily spend significant time out of the water.

Folklore holds that the Fishrons claim heritage from the true Dragons, countless years back.

While there are many such tales of creatures of draconic descent, this case is factual.

Genetic heritage or not, though, the Fishrons lack Dragonblood, or Auric souls. I would well know.

이상한 외모와는 달리 이 종족은 바다에서 가장 강력한 자들이다.

끈질긴 사냥꾼이요 물 밖에서도 오랜 시간을 보낼 수 있지.

민속에 따르면 피시론 종족은 억겁의 시간 이전에 진정한 용으로부터 유산을 받았다고 한다.

용의 혈통의 생물들에 대한 많은 이야기들이 있지만 이 민속은 사실이다.

다만 유전적인 유산이든 아니든 피쉬론 종족은 드래곤의 혈통, 즉 황금의 영혼(auric soul)이 없다는 것이다.
