OOTP 개발자 여러분! 저는 저번에 KBO 경제 관련 의견을 올렸던 유저입니다.

저번에 주신 긍정적인 답변 감사드립니다.

이번에 새롭게 드리는 의견은 KBO 내에 있는 몇가지 규정에 관하여 OOTP에 적용되었으면 하는 내용을 적어보았습니다.

이번에도 번역기를 사용하기에 혼란을 방지하고자 한글과 영어를 같이 올립니다.

1. KBO FA 제도

먼저, KBO에서 진행하는 Free Agent에 관련한 규정들을 소개 드리려고 합니다.

실제 해당 규정을 모두 게임 내에 적용하기에는 어려울 수 있으나 이번 소개글을 통해 추후에 언젠가 적용이 될 수 있기를 바랍니다.

규정이 많기에 소제목을 달아 각 내용을 좀 더 자세히 설명하고 어떻게 게임에 적용되면 좋을지에 대해 작성을 했습니다.

1-1) 현재 FA 자격 획득 방식(등록일 수)

 - 정규 시즌을 채우는 방식

   - 145일간 1군 로스터에 등록되어 있을 경우

   - 타자의 경우 총 경기수의 3분의 2이상 출전(144경기일 때 96경기 출전)

   - 투수의 경우 규정 투구 횟수의 3분의 2이상 출전(규정 투구 이닝이 144이닝일 때 96이닝 이상 투구)

 - 이러한 정규 시즌이 8개가 쌓였을 때 FA를 신청 가능합니다. (* 대학 드래프트 출신의 경우에는 7개가 쌓일 경우 FA 신청이 가능합니다.)

 - 재취득 방식

   - FA 계약 이후 4 정규시즌이 지날 경우 해당 선수는 다시 FA 자격을 획득합니다.(따라서, 정규시즌이 지나기 이전에는 FA 자격을 획득하지 못하여 FA 시장에 진출하지 못합니다.)

<게임 적용에 관한 의견>

현재 게임 이내에는 145일 등록 일수가 적용되어 있으나 다른 3분의 2이상 출전의 경우 케이스가 없습니다. 그러나 게임 내에서 해당 부분까지 확인하기 어려워 적용하지는 않아도 될거같습니다.

다만, 현재 게임 내에는 자유 계약 선수 최소 활동 연수가 8년이 아닌 9년으로 설정되어 있어 해당 부분 수정 부탁 드립니다.(대학 선수를 구분하기 힘드므로 8년으로 고정하는게 나을 것 같습니다.)

재취득의 경우도 따로 구현이 될 수 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

1-2) 계약 방식

 - 자팀의 경우 제한 없이 모두 재계약이 가능합니다.

 - 타팀의 선수일 경우 해당 연도 FA 신청 선수에 따라서 계약이 가능한 선수의 숫자가 변동이 됩니다.

   - 1~10명의 선수가 FA를 신청했을 경우 1명 계약

   - 11~20명의 선수가 FA를 신청했을 경우 2명 계약

   - 21~30명의 선수가 FA를 신청했을 경우 3명 계약

   - 31~ 선수가 FA를 신청했을 경우 4명 계약

<게임 적용에 관한 의견>

해당 내용은 게임에 적용할 경우 플레이에 있어 제약이 있는 부분이 많고, FA 계약을 하지 못하는 선수가 많이 나올거 같기에 해당 내용은 게임에 적용하지 않아도 될 것 같습니다.

1-3) FA 등급제 및 보상 선수

 - A 등급 : 최근 3년간 구단 내 연봉 순위 3위 이내 / 최근 3년간 전체 구단 연봉 순위 30위 이내인 선수의 경우 A등급으로 책정 후 타 구단과 FA를 진행했을 때 원소속구단에 하단에 소속한 보상 등급을 주어야 합니다.

 -> 재자격 : 없음

 -> 보상 등급 : 20인 보호명단외 선수 1명 + 전년도 연봉 200% 또는 전년도 연봉 300%

 - B 등급 : 최근 3년간 구단 내 연봉 순위 4~10위 / 최근 3년간 전체 구단 연봉 순위 31위 ~ 60위인 선수의 경우 B등급으로 책정 후 타 구단과 FA를 진행했을 때 원소속구단에 하단에 소속한 보상 등급을 주어야 합니다.

 -> 재자격 : 지난 FA에서 A혹은 B등급을 받은 FA 신청자

 -> 보상 등급 : 25인 보호명단외 선수 1명 + 전년도 연봉 100% 또는 전년도 연봉 200%

 - C 등급 : 최근 3년간 구단 내 연봉 순위 11위 이하 / 최근 3년간 전체 구단 연봉 순위 61위 이하 / 35세 이상 선수의 신규 FA인 선수의 경우 C등급으로 책정 후 타 구단과 FA를 진행했을 때 원소속구단에 하단에 소속한 보상 등급을 주어야 합니다.

 -> 재자격 : 지난 FA에서 C등급 혹은 3회차 FA 신청자

 -> 보상 등급 : 전년도 연봉 150%

보상 선수에 포함되어야 하는 선수는 다음과 같습니다.

- 원 소속구단의 계약되어 있는 구단의 현역 선수들 가운데 육성선수(65인 정식 선수 로스터 이외의 선수)

- 임의해지 선수(방출 선수)

- 외국인 선수

- 당해 년도 FA 신분 선수

- 당해 년도 신인 선수

- 지명 시점에서 실제로 군 복무 중인 선수

- 군 복무를 마쳤으나 로스터에 등록하지 않은 선수

- 당해년도 2차 드래프트로 지명된 선수 

- 당해년도 FA 보상 선수로 이적한 선수

를 제외한 선수 로스터 중 20명 / 25명을 보호하는 로스터를 20/25인 보호 로스터라 하며 해당 보호 선수들을 제외한 선수를 FA 된 선수의 원 소속 구단은 지명하여 1명을 데려갈 수 있습니다.

<게임 적용에 관한 의견>

FA 제도에 대하여 KBO 유저들이 가장 원하는 규칙이 해당 등급제와 보상 선수에 관한 내용입니다. 따라서, 어떠한 형태로든 해당 부분이 게임에 적용되었으면 합니다.

따라서, KBO FA 방식을 선택하였을 때 FA 신청 가능한 선수들이 되었을 때 해당 선수들의 연봉 정도를 체크하여 등급을 부여하고, 해당 등급에 따라 KBO 방식의 보상 선수 제도가 적용되었으면 좋겠습니다.

만일 전체 선수 내 연봉 순위와 동시에 구단 선수 내 연봉 순위를 동시에 체크하기 힘들 경우 전체 선수 내 연봉 순위를 따져 FA 등급제를 적용하여도 괜찮을 것 같습니다.

또한 보상 선수 리스트의 경우 현재 신생 팀 창단할 때 보상 선수를 체크하는 것처럼 했을 때 묶을 수 있는 내용을 신인 선수(연차 지정 - 1년(해당 연도 드래프트 선수)) / 외국인 선수 제외 / FA 선수 제외 / 군 복무를 하고 있는 선수(게임 내 군대 부상에 걸려있는 선수) / 해당 연도 트레이드 이외의 방식으로 데려온 선수는 자동으로 묶일 수 있게 하면 될 것 같으며 해당 선수 제외하여 20인 또는 25인을 선택하면 좋을 것 같습니다.

<기타 의견>

인센티브 옵션을 추가했으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

예를 들어 현재의 인센티브인 최소 타석 보너스 / 최소 이닝 보너스 / 사이영상 보너스 / 최우수 선수상 보너스 / 올스타 선정 보너스 외에 안타 / 홈런 / 볼넷 / 이닝 / 삼진 / 승리 등에 대한 인센티브를 추가하여 FA 계약을 진행하면 좋을 것 같다는 의견 드립니다.

해당 내용 참고 후 추후 KBO만의 FA 계약 규정이 게임에 적용되길 바랍니다.

2. 2차 드래프트

'2차 드래프트'는 KBO의 'Rule 5 드래프트'로 35인의 보호선수 이외의 선수를 정해진 라운드내에 드래프트를 진행하여 데려오는 규정입니다.

 - 시행 일자는 2년마다 11월 말에 진행하고 있습니다.(홀수 해에 진행합니다.)

 - 팀마다 35인의 보호 선수를 등록하여 KBO에 제출하고 있습니다.

   - 자동 보호 되는 선수는 다음과 같습니다. ( 외국인 선수 / 경력 1년차부터 3년차까지의 선수 / FA 신청 선수 )

   - 자동 보호 이외의 선수 35인을 단장이 직접 선정하여 보호 선수 로스터를 꾸립니다.

 - 드래프트는 1라운드부터 3라운드까지 진행하며, 8등, 9등, 10등의 경우 5라운드까지 진행 가능합니다.

 - 각 라운드에서 뽑힌 선수에 대한 규정입니다.

   - 1라운드 : 2년간 1군 로스터 의무 등록 기간 50일 / 원 소속 구단에게 $40만을 지불해야 합니다.

   - 2라운드 : 2년간 1군 로스터 의무 등록 기간 30일 / 원 소속 구단에게 $30만을 지불해야 합니다.

   - 3라운드 : 2년간 1군 로스터 의무 등록 기간이 없습니다. / 원 소속 구단에 $20만을 지불해야 합니다.

   - 4,5라운드 : 2년간 1군 로스터 의무 등록 기간이 없습니다. / 원 소속 구단에 $10만을 지불해야 합니다.

   - 단, 1,2라운드의 선수의 의무 등록 기간을 채우지 못할 경우 원 소속구단에 50%의 보상 금액을 돌려주고 선수는 복귀하거나 FA 공시됩니다.

   - 지명된 선수는 트레이드 및 FA 보상선수로 등록되지 않습니다.

<게임 적용에 관한 의견>

2차 드래프트의 경우에는 현재 신생팀 창단 드래프트와 rule 5 드래프트를 적당히 섞으면 개발이 가능해 보입니다.

다만 추가되어야 할 부분은 외국인 선수가 자동 보호 될 수 있도록 또한, 의무 등록 기간이 개발 필요해 보입니다.

KBO에는 현재 Rule5드래프트 같은 오프시즌 간 각팀간의 마이너 선수 이동이 전무하여 2차 드래프트를 개발해주실경우 재밌게 플레이가 가능할 거 같습니다. 참고 부탁 드립니다.

3. 드래프트 순서

KBO의 드래프트 순서가 생성때마다 바뀌고 있는거 같아 실제 드래프트 순서를 전달 드리니 다음과 같이 수정하여 적용 부탁 드립니다.

2025 KBO 드래프트 순서

키움 히어로즈 - 한화 이글스 - 삼성 라이온즈 - 롯데 자이언츠 - 기아 타이거즈 - 두산 베어스 - NC 다이노스 - SSG 랜더스 - KT 위즈 - LG 트윈스

(*3라운드 8번 SSG 랜더스의 픽 순서는 트레이드로 인해 키움 히어로즈가 지명합니다.)

(*5라운드 4번 롯데 자이언츠의 픽 순서는 트레이드로 인해 LG 트윈스가 지명합니다.)

해당 드래프트가 실제 다음해 드래프트 순서로 해당 내용으로 적용해주면 더욱 현실성 있는 KBO를 즐길 수 있을 거 같습니다.

금방 개발할 수 있는 내용은 아니지만 KBO에만 있는 다음 룰들을 참고하여 다음 OOTP에 개발이 되어 왔으면 좋겠다는 바람을 드립니다.

Thank you for the positive answer you gave me last time.

This time, I wrote down what I would like to apply to OOTP regarding some of the regulations within KBO.

Again this time, I post Korean and English together to prevent confusion because I use the translator.

1. KBO FA system

First of all, I would like to introduce the regulations related to Free Agent in KBO.

In fact, it may be difficult to apply all of the rules in the game, but I hope this introduction will apply it someday in the future.

Since there are many regulations, I added subheadings to explain each content in more detail and write about how it should be applied to the game.

1-1) Current FA qualification method (number of registration days)

 - How to fill the regular season

 - If you are 레지스터(왜인지 등록불가) on the first team roster for 145 days

 - In the case of batters, at least two-thirds of the total number of games played (96 games played in 144 games)

 - In the case of pitchers, at least two-thirds of the number of pitches prescribed (at least 96 innings when the prescribed number of pitches is 144 innings)

 - You can apply for FA when eight of these regular seasons are accumulated. (*For college drafts, you can apply for FA if seven are accumulated.)

 - Reacquisition method

 - Four regular seasons after the FA contract, the player will qualify for the FA again (so, they will not be able to enter the FA market due to failure to qualify for the FA before the regular season is over)

<Opinion on game application>

Currently, 145 days of registration is applied within the game, but there is no case for other two-thirds or more of participation. However, I don't think I need to apply it because it's hard to check that part within the game.

However, the minimum number of years of free agent activity is set at 9 years, not 8 years, so please revise that part. (It is difficult to distinguish between college players, so it would be better to fix it at 8 years.)

In the case of re-acquisition, it would be nice if it could be implemented separately.

1-2) Contract method

 - In the case of self-team, all contracts can be renewed without restrictions.

 - If you are a player from another team, the number of players eligible for a contract will change depending on the FA applicants for the year.

  - If 1-10 players apply for FA, one contract

  - If 11 to 20 players apply for FA, two players are contracted

  - If 21 to 30 players apply for FA, a contract of 3 players

  - 31~ If a player applies for FA, a contract for 4 players

<Opinion on game application>

If the content is applied to the game, there are many restrictions on the play, and it seems that there will be many players who cannot sign an FA contract, so I don't think I need to apply the content to the game.

1-3) FA rating system and compensation players

 - Grade A: Players ranked within the 3rd place in the club's annual salary ranking for the last 3 years or within the 30th place in the overall club's annual salary ranking for the last 3 years shall be given the compensation grade to the original club when they conduct FA with other clubs.

-> Requalification: None

-> Compensation rating: 1 player other than the 20 protection list + 200% of the previous year's annual salary or 300% of the previous year's annual salary

 - Grade B: Players ranked 4th to 10th in the club's annual salary ranking over the past three years / 31st to 60th in the overall club's annual salary ranking over the past three years must be given the compensation grade below when conducting FA with other clubs.

-> Requalification: FA applicant who received A or B grade in the last FA

-> Compensation rating: 1 player other than the 25 protected list + 100% of the previous year's annual salary or 200% of the previous year's annual salary

 - Grade C: 11th or lower in the club's annual salary ranking for the last three years / 61st or lower in the overall club's annual salary ranking for the last three years / For players aged 35 or older who are new FA, the original team must be given the compensation grade below when conducting FA with other clubs.

-> Requalification: C grade or 3rd FA applicant from the last FA

-> Compensation rating: 150% of previous year's annual salary

The following competitors should be included in the compensation competition.

 - Among the active players of the club contracted by the original club (other than the 65-member full-time player roster)

 - Player Jiwon Hae (Player released)

 - Foreign player

 - FA status player of the year

 - Rookie of the year

 - Athletes who are actually serving in the military at the time of nomination

 - Players who have completed military service but have not 레지스터 on the roster

 - Players who were drafted in the second round of the year

 - A player who transferred to FA compensation in the year

A 20/25 protected roster of players other than is referred to as a 20/25 protected roster, and the original club of the FA player may appoint a player other than those protected players and take one.

<Opinion on game application>

The rules KBO users want most about the FA system are about the rating system and the compensation players. So, I want that part to be applied to the game in some way.

Therefore, when the KBO FA method is selected, when the players who can apply for the FA are selected, the annual salary of the players is checked and given a grade, and the KBO method compensation player system is applied according to the grade.

If it is difficult to check the annual salary ranking of all players and the annual salary ranking of all players at the same time, it would be okay to apply the FA rating system based on the annual salary ranking of all players.

In addition, in the case of the compensation player list, the contents that can be grouped as if checking the compensation players at the time of establishment of the new team are new players (annual designation - 1 year (draft players in that year) / excluding foreign players / excluding FA players / players who are serving in the military (players who are injured in the game) / Players who are brought in by a method other than trade in that year can be automatically grouped, and it would be good to select 20 or 25 players excluding those players.

<Other comments>

It would be nice to add an incentive option.

For example, I would like to add incentives for hits, home runs, walks, innings, strikeouts, wins, etc. in addition to the current incentives such as minimum at-bat bonus, minimum innings bonus, Cy Young Award bonus, best player bonus, and All-Star selection bonus.

After referring to the contents, I hope that KBO's own FA contract rules will be applied to the game in the future.

2. the second draft

The "Second Draft" is the KBO's "Rule 5 Draft," which is a rule that requires players other than 35 protected players to proceed with the draft and bring them within a set round.

- The implementation date is held at the end of November every two years. (It is held in odd years.)

- Each team 레지스터 35 protected players and submits them to KBO.

- The following players are automatically protected (foreign players / players with year 1 to year 3 / FA applicants)

- 35 players other than automatic protection will be selected by the general manager to set up a roster of protected players.

- The draft will run from round 1 to round 3, and for 8th, 9th, and 10th, it can run to round 5.

- It is a regulation for the player selected in each round.

- Round 1: 50 days of mandatory registration for the first team roster for 2 years / $400,000 must be paid to the original club.

- Round 2: Mandatory registration period of 30 days for the first team roster for 2 years / $300,000 must be paid to the original club.

- Round 3: There is no mandatory registration period for the first team roster for 2 years. / You have to pay $200,000 to the original club.

- Round 4, 5: There is no mandatory registration period for the first team roster for 2 years. / You have to pay $100,000 to the original club.

- However, if the mandatory registration period for players in rounds 1 and 2 is not met, 50% of the compensation amount will be returned to the original club, and the player will return or be disclosed as an FA.

- Nominated players will not be 레지스터 as trade and FA compensation players.

<Opinion on game application>

In the case of the second draft, it seems possible to develop it by properly mixing the current new team founding draft and the rule 5 draft.

However, it seems necessary to develop a mandatory registration period so that foreign players can be automatically protected.

KBO currently has no minor player movement between teams during the offseason like Rule 5 draft, so if you develop a second draft, I think it will be fun to play. Please keep that in mind.

3. Draft Order

The draft order of KBO seems to be changing every time it is created, so I will deliver the actual draft order, so please revise and apply it as follows.

Kiwoom Heroes - Hanwha Eagles - Samsung Lions - Lotte Giants - Kia Tigers - Doosan Bears - NC Dinos - SSG Landers - KT Wiz - LG Twins

(*The order of picks for No. 8 SSG Landers in Round 3 will be nominated by Kiwoom Heroes due to the trade.)

(*The order of picks for the Lotte Giants in Round 4 will be nominated by the LG Twins due to the trade.)

If the draft is actually applied in the order of the next year's draft, I think we can enjoy more realistic KBO.

It's not something that can be developed quickly, but I hope it will be developed in the next OOTP by referring to the following rules only in KBO.

A lot of Korean OOTP fans really had fun playing and helped me write this.
