- Do the legends actually die or cant they realy die?
- 레전드들은 정말 죽는 건가요? 아니면 죽을 수는 없게 되어있나요?
- Do they know they fight against themselves/clones?
- 레전드들이 자기 자신/클론과 싸우는 건가요?

I'd say....
"Yes they can die"
"레전드들은 사망할 수도 있습니다."
그리고
"No, of course, they aren't fighting clones, that's gameplay"

If you watch any of the CG trailers, they fight each other. They all jump out of the drop ship together. They don’t go into sim pods. Remember, there are also syringes that boost health in seconds. Medicine has advanced. Can people die - yes. Do our Legends? Not yet...only Forge.
CG 트레일러에 나오는 것처럼 레전드들은 수송선에서 다같이 점프하고 서로 전투합니다. 시뮬레이션 포드에 들어가는 게 아닙니다. 의학 기술은 발전되어있고 주사기는 수 초만에 체력을 끌어올려 줍니다. 그럼에도 사람들이 죽을 순 있습니다. 하지만 우리의 레전드들은 지금까진 죽지 않았죠... 포지만 빼고요.

Feel like Season 3's loading screens of gib vs path and crypto's first match answered the respawning question.
시즌3 때 지붕이 vs 패파 로딩 스크린이랑 크립토의 첫번째 경기 내용이 그 부활 설정에 대한 답을 줄 수 있을거 같네요
The biggest question I have is: Crypto talks about surviving his first match, is that just a weird way of saying "won", or did he just "survive" it?
제가 제일 묻고 싶었던건 이거예요. 크립토가 자기 첫 경기에서 살아남았다고 말했는데 이건 '이겼다'는 말을 돌려서 한건가요, 아니면 정말 그냥 '살아남았다'는 건가요?

@ashsmashreed did you write this one? I can’t remember. Either way, if you watch any of the CG trailers....all our Legends are in them. So clearly only one squad wins whereas the others survive otherwise they’d be dead in our lore.

That was all @tommiecas! But I do believe the idea is that Crypto was incapacitated in that fight (and therefore “eliminated”), but didn’t die.
그 부분은 @tommiecas 가 썼어요! 제가 쓴 부분은 아니지만 크립토는 그 경기에서 탈락했고 '전멸'했지만 죽지는 않았다는 뜻이에요.

Yup, that was me. Crypto was pretty...uhhh...don’t hate me, but he was pretty cryptic in his note to Mystik.
He didn’t die, obviously. But he sure didn’t sound like a guy who walked out of there a Champion. More like a guy who got his ass kicked, but lived to fight another day.
분명 그는 죽지 않았어요. 하지만 편지의 내용이 챔피언을 쟁취하고 나온 사람이 말하는 것처럼 보이진 않죠. 그보단 한대 걷어 차이고 온 사람에 더 가까워요. 그래도 살아있는 채로 다시 싸울 것입니다.

I'll be honest, I always thought the CG trailers weren't meant to be 100% accurate/canon events, with Legends squads coming back (after being wiped) in one match or even Octane falling into Lava for S3.
솔직히 말해서 지금까진 '한 매치에 한번 쓸렸던 분대가 다시 나온다'든가 '멜트다운 티저에서 옥테인이 용암에 빠지는 모습'때문에 CG 트레일러가 100% 사실이나 정사는 아닐거라고 생각했어요
This means I was wrong thinking that.
그 말대로면 제가 잘못 생각하고 있던 걸지도 모르겠네요.

Everything on the ship is real. I wouldn’t overthink the action shots - some things are just cool to see. Always important to remember that this is a game as well.
수송선 안에서 벌어졌던 일들은 사실이 맞습니다. 그냥 보기에 멋진 액션씬 몇개 같은 경우는, 전 깊게 생각하지 않아요.

Stories within the trailers are canon - but anything magical or what’s clearly gameplay is just what that is: gameplay. If you’re ever wondering what’s canon and what isn’t, it’s best to focus on the characters and their stories - that’s the best part!
트레일러 안의 스토리는 공식이 맞습니다. 하지만 다른 마법같은 장면이나 게임플레이 같은 장면들은 말그대로 게임적 허용이에요. 뭐가 공식 설정이고 뭐가 아닌지 궁금하다면 캐릭터와 그들의 이야기에 집중하세요!
